Sheer Image UK - Terms of Service

Sheer-Image Video Productions UK have legal copyright for all its videos in this "Old Fashioned Glamour" series and it is therefore illegal to copy, re-sell, loan, hire, or put on public display, in whole or part, any of these videos without the prior written consent of the copyright holders. Those found to be directly or indirectly responsible may be prosecuted.
Trading is undertaken on a website order or mail order basis only.
All videos must be pre-paid with at least 10 days notice for deliveries in the US and 15 working days notice outside the US. Payment may be made by check - payable to Sheer-Image Video Productions or Postal/International Money Order and by Secure Online Credit card system.
Videos are not taken back or exchanged.
Sample tapes are not supplied but an illustrated brochure is available (see price list).
Videos are supplied for PAL or NTSC systems. Format: VHS Accurate records are maintained and there is no possibility of videos being duplicated.
Postage and packing charges outside the US and Canada are dependant on the country of destination.
Original soundtrack is not sent out but dubbed over with legal copyright-free music or sound effects.
Minimum age of all models is 18 years. All have agreed to general video distribution.
No details concerning the model, i.e. full name, addresses, telephone numbers, is given out.
No information concerning our customers is sent to any other mail order agency and all correspondence with customers remains confidential.
